  1. What are the principles prescribed by Henry Fayol to structure human behaviour in an organization in order to achieve maximum result with minimum cost? (18marks)

 

2(a)          Explain four major contributions of Human  Relations theory to Educational Administration and give account of why the theory was not acceptable to all and sundry. (14marks)

 

(b)             Distinguish between formal and informal organisation.  (4 marks)

 

3(a).    You have just been posted to a school that  have unsettled rift with High Chiefs in the     community where the school  is situated.  What can you do to secure peace with the community leaders as the school principal?  (10 marks)

(b)       You have just been appointed the Commissioner of Education in your state and the first assignment for you is the ratification of appointment of new school principals. Explain 8 qualities you must look out for in those recommended before the ratification of their appointment.(8  marks)

 

4(a)      What are the reasons responsible for the existing set back in educational planning in     Nigeria?  (9 marks)
