  1. (a) Discuss  three properties of a good educational planning estimator.                       (6 marks) (b) (i) Enumerate any FIVE steps you would follow as an educational manager to test an

hypothesis.                                                                                                                   (5 marks)

 

(ii)  Distinguish between Null and Alternative hypotheses                                             (2 marks)

 

( c) The scores of 10 Educational Administration and Planning students in EDU821 and       EDA844 are as follows:

(ii)  List FIVE conditions that are necessary to determine a sample size   (5 marks)

 

(b)   A manager obtained a t-value of 1.790 from a set of students’ scores while t-table value was

0.790 with

 

degree of freedom of 100.   What conclusion would you make in respect of

 

(i)        the Null hypothesis, and                               (ii)    the Alternative hypothesis? (4 marks)
