AAU Student and Four Others Killed by Suspected Fulani Herdsmen in Edo State

A student of Ambrose Alli University AAU, Ekpoma, Edo state among four others were allegedly killed by  suspected Herdsmen in two separate attack on Friday, 16th March, at Ugboha in Esan South-East LGA, Edo State.

The first year student who was identified as Collins Ojieriakhi and his friend were reportedly traveling back to their village from Uromi in his motorcycle when they came across some herdsmen and their cattle passing through the road, they waited for them to cross over to the other side before proceeding with their journey.

It was reported that not long after they continued with their journey, another set of suspected herdsmen opened fire on them and they died on the spot.

Before their parents could get to the spot of the incident their corpse were already moved to the nearest mortuary by policemen.
