Police Arrests Caleb University Student For Impersonation

A Caleb University student, Ahmed Hassan, has been arrested for impersonating as a Nigerian Air Force Officer to smuggle hard drugs into the school premises.

A Caleb University student, Ahmed Hassan, has been arrested for impersonating as a Nigerian Air Force Officer to smuggle hard drugs into the school premises.
Hassan, a 200 level student of Caleb University, with his accomplice, Ibrahim Yahaya, a commercial motorcycle rider, have been parading  to be officers for months.
It was gathered that, Yahaya was caught by the police and instructed to point out the others. He took them to Hassan’s school.
Hassan, when paraded at  the Lagos State Police Command headquarters, Ikeja,  confessed that he got the uniform from a military friend.
He noted that he wore the uniform to intimidate the school guards.
Hassan in his statement said, he is from Kaduna State and a 200-level student of Architecture at Caleb University.  He stated that he  got the uniform from his friend, Rufai.
He impersonated a military officer in order to intimidate the security men at the school gate so that they won’t check the bag where kept hard drugs.
The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohimi, said the command would liaise with the military to arrest Hassan’s collaborators within and outside the military formations.
